A Gentle Start to the Holiday Season

As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and thank you—truly, deeply—from the bottom of my heart. Your support, kindness, and encouragement have carried me through every milestone of this journey. I’m so grateful you’re here.

This has been a year of transformation. I completed another certification in Face Fitness, explored new techniques to release facial tension, and had the privilege of guiding senior leaders through corporate sessions on Face Yoga and mindful facial wellness. Life also took me from Tokyo to vibrant Singapore, and onward to Australia, Seattle, and Korea for work. It’s been busy, expansive, and full of growth—both personally and professionally.

I’m also incredibly grateful to share a milestone that belongs to all of us: through our annual Giving campaign, we raised SGD 5,000 through my face fitness work, and I’ve donated the full amount to charities supporting communities in need. This impact was only possible because of you. Thank you for helping me turn wellness into generosity. “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Acts 20:35

As we step into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on what truly matters. My resolutions are simple but deeply meaningful:

• to explore more of beautiful Singapore,

• to continue my education in wellness so I can bring even more value, knowledge, and care to you,

• to teach more people about face wellness and the importance of prioritizing wellbeing,

• to spend more quality time with my family,

• and to travel with intention, curiosity, and joy.

Before we welcome the new year, I also want to wish you a warm and peaceful Winter Solstice. May this turning point of the season invite you to slow down, soften, and return to your inner light.

I’m excited to continue walking alongside you on your own wellness journey. Please remember: your wellbeing comes first. Before you care for anyone else, fill your own cup—gently, intentionally, lovingly.
