Coffee Cheung is a passionate advocate for natural beauty, holistic wellness, and graceful aging. As the founder of Everyday Face Yoga, she blends scientific precision with poetic elegance to help clients lift, tone, and rejuvenate their faces—naturally and joyfully.
With certifications in Face Yoga, Facial Gua Sha, and Facial Fitness, Coffee empowers individuals to glow from within by enhancing circulation, detoxifying tissues, and cultivating radiant confidence. Her approach is rooted in anatomical expertise, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to wellbeing.
Coffee has lived in Japan, Australia, the United States, Hong Kong, and now resides in Singapore. Her global perspective is shaped by rich cultural experiences and a deep understanding of diverse wellness traditions. Over the past three years, she has taught more than 1,000 students worldwide, guiding them on their journey to holistic facial health and inner vitality.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin, Coffee creates bilingual educational materials and leads international workshops and corporate wellness sessions with a focus on holistic facial health.
In a recent charity campaign, she raised SG$5,000 by offering Face Yoga classes and generously donated 100% of the proceeds to support other charitable organizations. Her teaching style is warm, inclusive, and deeply informed by both Eastern and Western wellness philosophies—empowering individuals to glow from within while giving back to the community.
For over 20 years, I thrived as a senior business leader in the Information Technology industry—recognized among the top 1% of employees with an Outstanding Achiever Award for my commitment to excellence. Yet behind the accolades, my fast-paced career demanded long hours in front of a screen, leaving little room for self-care.
Gradually, I began to feel the toll: dry eyes, poor vision, a double chin, neck lines, and constant shoulder tension. By the age of 40, the signs of aging became more visible, and I found myself investing heavily in high-end skincare products—many of which proved unsustainable and ineffective.
More importantly, I witnessed many of my colleagues fall seriously ill or pass away in their 40s and beyond—overworked, overstressed, and disconnected from their own wellbeing. This deeply affected me and sparked a turning point.
I decided to study wellness more seriously and become an advocate for natural, sustainable techniques that support both inner vitality and outer beauty. Through Face Yoga, Facial Gua Sha, and Facial Fitness, I discovered a transformative path—one that not only rejuvenated my skin but restored my energy, confidence, and sense of purpose.
Today, I’m honored to share these practices with others, helping people reconnect with themselves and glow from within—gracefully, joyfully, and naturally.
My face Yoga Journey
I I discovered Face Yoga in March 2022 and instantly felt its transformative power. Within weeks, I noticed visible changes in my skin, facial tone, and overall wellbeing.
That same year, I faced a deeply personal loss—our beloved dog, Bella. Grief affected my sleep, mood, and energy. Face Yoga became my healing anchor. It helped me reconnect with my body, become more mindful of my habits, and restore balance from the inside out.
Driven by passion and purpose, I dedicated over 600 hours to study and became a certified Face Yoga|Facial Gua Sha|Face Fitness coach, trained by the globally renowned creators of Face Yoga|Gua Sha|Face Fitness. Today, I’m honored to share these natural techniques to help you lift your face, elevate your energy, and embrace aging with grace.
Face Yoga is more than a beauty ritual—it’s a joyful, holistic practice that connects your face, body, and mind. It’s taught me awareness, confidence, and self-love. If I can transform through it, so can you.
